COMPENSATION PLAN & POLICY UPDATES We’re making changes within the Chalk Couture™ Compensation Plan and Policies, which will go into effect on March 1, 2024. The updated Compensation Plan and Policies can be viewed prior to the effective date in your Resources Library.
Please note: In response to feedback we received about Policy 10.2 - Failure to Meet Personal Volume (PV) Quota, we will be revoking the change.
Compensation Plan Updated to include details on commission payout for Perks Members (official name replacement for “VIP” placeholder). A few things to note:
Perks Member purchases generate a 15% commission payout on the price paid.
Perks Members Volume (PMV) counts towards the Designer they are enrolled under as Personal Volume for that Designer.
Sales Bonuses, Level 1-3, are paid if the Designer has met the PMV requirement based on their Paid-As Title.
Policies 6.2 - Bonus Buying Updated policy to indicate that we will be doing customer audits. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires us to provide proof of customers. As such, from time to time, we will reach out to Designers requesting they send in individual customer receipts.
As a reminder, the law requires Designers to maintain all retail sales receipts for a period of two years (6.6 - Sales Receipts).
8.5 - Non-solicitation Provided clarification as to what is considered solicitation and the potential impact of Designers who are participating in other Network Marketing Activities.
8.6 - Designer Participation in Other Network Marketing Programs Updated to include members of a Designer’s immediate household.
10.3 - Designer to Customer Program Removed. This program ended.

TIPS FOR FROZEN PASTE Many places throughout the US and Canada are experiencing lower temperatures (brrrr!), and we want to remind you to bring your packages indoors as quickly as possible—especially if your orders contain paste.
Paste does not like to be frozen. However, if your paste does freeze, try these easy steps: let your paste thaw to room temperature, mix vigorously with a Multi-Tool, then add distilled water and mix again to achieve the desired consistency. Please note that this may not work in all cases.
