CLOSED FOR INVENTORY Designer Services and Chalk Central will be closed today and tomorrow, January 5–6, for our annual inventory count. We’ll be back to help you as usual on Monday, January 9, 2023. Regular orders received December 28 through January 8 will not begin being fulfilled until January 9.
NEW TRANSFERS FOR THE NEW YEAR The Transfers you know and love are seeing a bit of a change this year. In 2023, you’ll notice a few new things about some of our Transfers, with the introduction of an additional Transfer manufacturer. Here are some features you’ll see from the new vendor.
Transfers are semi-transparent, making it easier to utilize layered designs.
Cleaner lines for sharper details on more intricate design.
Transfers dry more quickly after washing.
Please take note that the copyright information on some Transfers is now the same mesh silk screen as the designed portion. Use caution; remove or cover with tape before use. Transfers with silk screen copyright information will include a sticker on the packaging to remind you.
GRACE FOR A FRESH START! We love our Designers and want every member of our community to share in the opportunity of a brand new year. We’ve got a lot of great things in store—and they’re just too good to let anyone say goodbye! To support everyone in our changing economy, and provide us all a chance to experience a Fresh Start, we suspended the Q4 minimum PV required for all Designers to remain active through Q1 of 2023. This means that even if you or a Team member did not reach the required 100PV last quarter, everyone is still here with us and PV has reset for the new quarter. Yay!
If you wish to resign as a Designer and would prefer to shop as a customer, we are happy to honor that request. The Cancellation Request Form can be requested by emailing advisory@chalkcouture.com, or by giving Designer Services a call at 844.673.6316. It can also be found in the Resources Library under the Fix-It-Fast FAQ.
GOODBYE, CHALKPAY DASH ChalkPay Dash payments have now been discontinued until further notice. We are in the process of reevaluating and refining the ChalkPay Dash program. Rather than commission being paid on the same day a sale is made, your commission will revert to our former pay schedule and will be paid on the 15th of the month (after the month the sale takes place).
